Announcements:  Meeting, Monday - February 5, 2018, during Recess, Media Center

The St. Aloysius Spirit of Service (SOS) organization is a service club for the 5th-8th grade students at St. Aloysius School. Our commitment to providing assistance to the school, church and community encourages our members to engage in meaningful activities that help others, builds long lasting relationships, and develops awareness to community needs.

The SOS club will have meetings every 9 weeks and an end-of-the year pizza party for all members who served their minimum required hours. SOS Bulletin Boards in 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade hall will have current sign-up information.

A minimum of 8 points or 8 hours of service (1 hour equals 1 point) is required for each group member.  Each service opportunity has a maximum amount of 2 hours that can be earned, although each hour will count toward the total of service hours performed for the year. Points are earned during the months of June 1, 2017 - May 1, 2018 to give credit for summer service.

* Service Point Requirement - Minimum of 2 hrs - School; 3 hrs - Church; 3 hrs - Community
